Q) Why has the number of impressions I have displayed stopped incrementing?
A) You can configure your site or application to only receive certain types of advert, for example, for a particular platform (e.g. iPhone), a particular country or network operator. If your criteria are too tight there may not be any valid adverts at the time an advert needs to be displayed. Charitable advertisements or an advertisement for Mobile Advert Network itself will be displayed. The number of free impressions will stop incrementing until you either make your publisher criteria less tight or adverts become available in the system that match your criteria.

Q) Why has my account been disabled?
A) The system automatically performs several checks to detect cheating. Unfortunately. no checking can be 100% correct and may be fooled by rapidly changing usage patterns. Please contact us to get your account reinstated.
